Hi Evaluation Committee,
I’m looking forward to seeing you this week as we walk through Peter and Chinwe’s initial findings. The meeting will begin at 2:30 and run until 5:30 at the Kresge Foundation. Please take time to read the attached summary of their initial findings prior to meeting. This email contains the agenda and logistical info.Peter will chair the meeting, the agenda is as follows:
1. Check in on Progress to Date & our growing understanding
of RE-AMP
2. Review what we heard in interviews
3. Review/revise our evolving evaluation framework
4. Consider potential “course corrections” in the evaluation
5. Discuss focus of member survey
6. Make “go/no go” decisions about network mapping and
strategic communications assessment
7. Reset schedule for evaluationThere will be six of us present, and 2 joining by phone. In person we have Ed Miller, myself, Jessica Boehland, Jennie Curtis, Peter Plastrik, and Aimee Witteman (who will join us around 4:30). By phone we will have Chinwe Onyeagoro and Rick Reed (who will join us also around 4:30).

3215 W. Big Beaver RoadTroy, MI 48084.The hotel is the Somerset Inn at 2601 W. Big Beaver Road. We will have enough cars to make sure everyone gets a lift to the hotel from Kresge.
