      Hi Evaluation Committee,
      This is the last week to take the survey. Here are some stats on how we are doing with survey responses.
      –As of 11:20 AM on Friday July 11th there had been a total of 128 responses to the RE-AMP survey. (29% of all members in the most recent list). 48 primary contacts have responded (37% of all primary contacts). Respondents worked at 69 total organizations (53% of the 131 member organizations).
      —Representatives from 6 foundations have completed the survey so far
      –currently, 42% of  responses are from individuals working in MN, well above the approximately 29% of RE-AMP member individuals who work for MN based organizations.

      The staff of RE-AMP have done a fantastic job of reaching out to their contacts to help promote the survey. It would be really good to pick up another 20-30 responses by the end of the week, though I am happy that at least we have a majority of member organizations with some level of representation.

      I have asked Chinwe to let me know if she will need us to convene to review any of their initial takes on interpreting the data, I will let you know what she says.
