Hello, I received the questions below from Lisa Wyatt Knowlton, with Phillips Wyatt Knowlton, Inc. in response the the RFP that we issued on December 1 for the evaluation. I have drafted some answers to her questions, but was hoping for committee feedback, particularly with prioritizing the themes we identified in the RFP for evaluation. Please let me know if you have changes or edits for me by COB Wednesday, December 15th.
Thanks! – Eliz—Below are our responses to your questions. Please let me know if you would like more information. I have attached a recent case study done by the Monitor Institute that describes our theory of change and the model of the Network.
1. Have you had any evaluation since forming in 2004?
We regularly poll our members on their satisfaction with certain elements of the network, and also do internal evaluations on a regular basis, but have not had any third-party evaluations since forming.
2. Can you share plans, progress updates, logic model or similar brief summaries regarding your theory of change about the network to date?
I’ve attached the recent case study that was done by the Monitor Institute on RE-AMP. We have a number of materials but this is the most recent and most comprehensive.
3. Can you prioritize the themes in Attachment A relative to information needs/value? I have placed them into tiers for you, although they are all very important to us.

These look like very clear and straightforward answers to the potential evaluator’s questions. I don’t have any changes to suggest.
Thanks, Elizabeth!
