Hello State Conveners,

Some of you received this message this morning, but due to a technical glitch, not everyone has, so I’m re-sending.

Thank you again for volunteering to lead your state’s Primetime Plus process this year.

Attached you’ll find a packet of information that is different than the packets sent to all RE-AMP members this morning.  Please review this information and send any questions you may have to Laura Fredrick Wang or myself.

I’ve also attached an Excel spreadsheet with RE-AMP members included.  Please contact all member groups listed in your state and any others that are regional or listed elsewhere that you know are active in your state.  The contact information is not always completely accurate, so please endeavor to at least get a response from each group before writing any of them out of participation. The goal here is to connect with every group and get a firm response one way or the other on their participation so we can be sure everyone was included in the initial process.

There is a two-month window for the state meetings, and you’ll have time to carefully plan your meeting with help and resources from RE-AMP.  We have the ingredients (including you) to make this year’s Primetime process the best yet!
