      Hi Evaluation Committee,
Just a few more details and one correction as a follow up to my earlier post.
      1. The call on Wednesday, Aug 17 will be from 9-11 Central Time. The call-in # is 218-936-7979, code is 559977. There will also be a web component, but I haven’t confirmed that link yet. On the Monday prior to the call, Pete/Chinwe/Isaac will send a fairly meaty file with slides showing some of the overall results of the survey, and highlighting the findings that they believe are most significant. Those that seem most significant will be the ones that will be primarily discussed on the call, although before and during the call, any of us can raise questions or observations that might change our perspective on which might be most significant. Also on the call, we will discuss where to go from there to get to the finish line.

      2. I forgot to mention that on the 24th, Pete/Chinwe/Isaac will be giving a presentation to the steering committee with some refined but still preliminary findings.

      3. I made a mistake in my earlier email in the amount of time for discussion at the annual meeting. The actual amount of time currently slated is 30 minutes for presentation by Pete, then 1.25 hours for discussion (with a break in between those two things).  It is likely that we will need to meet once more in between the 17th and the annual meeting so that we can discuss how to get the most out of that conversation.

      Gail

      Hi Gail & Everyone,

August 17th is fine, but can you consider a couple hours later?  We have a couple west coasters – I am on mountain time, Rick is in CA – that would be 8:00am for me, 7:00am for Rick.

Is a little later start possible?

      Best, Jennie
