Overview Presentation: Clean Air Act Section 111

This overview presentation is an initial step in EPA’s effort to engage directly with states, leaders in the power sector, labor leaders, non-governmental organizations, other experts, tribal officials, other stakeholders and members of the public on issues informing the design of the existing source program. This overview presentation provides a basic understanding of Clean Air Act section 111 to prepare participants for more in-depth discussions with EPA. In the coming weeks and months, there will be many opportunities to further engage with EPA in-person and by teleconference on issues that may inform the design of the program.
