      I re-checked the IdeaScale voting.  O-H/INC and TCC are clearly the top two, but GMA ended up well ahead of Headwaters.


      I am comfortable with any of the following scenarios, but would prefer #1:

      1)  Start with O-H/INC and TCC.  If we love one of them, don’t do any other interviews.  If we don’t, we try GMA third and, if still not satisfied, Headwaters fourth.

      2)  Do three interviews from the start:  O-H/INC, TCC, and GMA.

      3)  Do four interviews from the start:  O-H/INC, TCC, GMA, and Headwaters.

      I’m not interested in doing three from the start that includes Headwaters but excludes GMA.

      Others’ thoughts?

      P.S.  I’m sending this via the Commons to keep a record of the thread even though, as per our discussion at the SC meeting in St. Paul, I still think the Commons is unacceptably slow and cumbersome….

      I will have Jin schedule interviews with the potential evaluators tomorrow. Once all the votes came in, the O-H & INC proposal was the top vote-getter, followed by the TCC Group, and then Headwaters and GMA were very close (within 2 chips). Should we interview all four of these finalists or should we just interview O-H, TCC, and Headwaters?
