  Hello Evaluation Committee,
  
  Below are the results of the survey that I sent out yesterday. It looks like there is a general agreement that O-H/INC is a strong candidate. I just spoke with Ed, and we would like to propose that after checking references, we make an offer to O-H/INC. If you feel strongly that we need to have a conversation or that we should take another course of action please let me know by tomorrow!
  
  O-H/INC votes: 3 strongly prefer, 2 slightly prefer
  
  TCC votes: 2 slightly prefer
  
  Since I am leaving the Coordinator position, Gail has agreed to take over as the primary staff contact for the consultants. This transition will take place as soon as we have a contract with them.
