      Hi again,
I just received the documents for tomorrow’s call from Pete. Just so everything is in the same email, here’s the call-in info again: 218-936-7979, code 559977. The web link is here: https://cc.readytalk.com/r/hpbzltp1cyek

Please open the web link a few minutes before the call starts to make sure it loads up properly and we can start on time.

The attached documents are as follows (Please note, these are all drafts and there may be some sloppiness here and there in the interest of getting us this material sooner instead of later):
      From Pete:
      1.      Summary of survey results. This is a revised and streamlined version of the survey material we sent you last week. We are not expecting people to read it before the call and we do not plan to review it during the call. It is background only.

      2.      Findings based on survey/interviews/observations. This is our first cut at assembling and interpreting the data we’ve been gathering and starting to tell a story about what it means.

      3.      Recommendations. This is our initial stab at forming a set of answers to RE-AMP’s evaluation questions and advice about how the network should proceed. “Initial” really means that. What we have developed is subject to discussion and revision as we continue to learn about RE-AMP.

      4.      Annual Meeting Exercise. This presents our ideas about what questions to pose to the membership after we present a summary of findings/recommendations.

Agenda for 8.17 call: During the meeting we plan to start with a review of #2 Findings and then #3 Recommendations. We need feedback on what’s working, what’s not making sense, what’s missing-so that we can revise for discussion with the Steering Committee in a week. You’ll see there are a few places where we’re still working through survey data or where we need some data from RE-AMP to complete.

Time permitting, if you want, we can also discuss #4 with the Evaluation Group, but I suspect this is something that needs to be talked about with whoever is doing the meeting planning. Your guidance on this appreciated. GF NOTE: Yes, probably will take this up with the annual meeting committee on Friday, but want to include it here for the evaluation committee as well in case they have feedback or suggestions, which would certainly be welcome.
