Hi Gail,

I didn’t see this note before I asked the question on the SC call about what the annual meeting planning committee was thinking?  Frankly, I am a little disappointed that the discussion today wasn’t a bit more robust.  I think that means that the annual meeting planning committee, and your smaller cadre (Jeremy, you, Pete…) are going to have to come up with a plan.  I just urge that it be something dynamic and not a simple presentation by Pete & Chinwe.  I actually like the idea of having some on site polling option.  I also think it would be worthwhile to hear from the membership regarding the RE-AMP goal and whether folks really believe the Network should spend time refining it?  This could be a time consuming and costly endeavor so it seems important to understand if we really need to spend energy there? 

I also think getting more refinement on caucuses could be worthwhile.

Those are just a couple advance thoughts.  And thanks for your leadership on the evaluation process Gail – it has been stupendous.
