COWS is looking for an experienced research and outreach person to provide support to three major COWS projects: our State Smart Transportation Initiative (SSTI); the Center for State Innovation (CSI); and the Mayors Innovation project (MIP). This position would involve a broad understanding of policy research and the ability to communicate these ideas to the public, primarily via outreach events.
