Hi Re-Ampers – Gas companies in Kansas have legislation that would make it impossible for municipalities to limit gas in new buildings. Have any of you had any experience with this issue? We have several cities with 100% renewable energy goals who plan to phase out gas for new builds as early as 2035 and the gas companies are getting nervous. Our pro-business climate denying legislature will be inclined to support the gas companies so we appreciate any info ya’ll have on successful defense or lessons learned you’d be willing to share.
