T. Boone Pickens Comes to Iowa

As part of the PickensPlan to push the nation toward a cleaner, energy-independent future, oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens visited Le Mars, Iowa, Aug. 14. He chose Le Mars because he proposes to develop the “wind corridor” from Texas to Canada and the “solar corridor” from Texas to California, according to the Le Mars Daily Sentinel.
