Michigan, Illinois Among 18 States that Pledged Commitment Against Global Warming

Illinois and Michigan are among 18 states that pledged to take action against global warming at a recent conference at Yale. Governor Schwarzenegger spoke at the conference, along with Daniel Esty from the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy.
