Wall Street Shows Skepticism Over Coal

The Wall Street Journal has reported that Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and Morgan Stanley feel that the government will cap CO2 emissions in the near future. As a result, the banks will require the utilities to prove they will be able to maintain economic stability when the caps occur.
