Governors Windpower Coalition

Minnesota Gov. Pawlenty and New Mexico Gov. Richardson formed the Governors Windpower Coalition Dec. 7. In their announcement, they welcomed the nation's governors to join them. The coalition's goals are to discuss interstate collaboration, exchange information on wind technology and policy, commission research on critical wind policy issues, and seek recommendations on federal and regional policy.
