Commitment to learning and transparency

The Network seeks to foster learning across all of its activities, which requires a strong commitment to transparency. Grantees report publicly on their work, for example, and the Network conducts periodic reviews of its own efficacy. Members also participate in a culture of learning by connecting with one another and sharing best practices across the region. These efforts help improve the Network’s strategies, tactics, and even its goals.
